We are hiring an Operations Lead, based in Singapore, who will lead Beanstalk's operational engine room; spanning Operational Excellence, People & Culture and Technology across our Australian, South East Asian and South Asian entities. We are looking for a go-getter who can work independently, make decisions in ambiguity and own outcomes.
The role is 0.6 FTE and although a Singapore-based candidate is preferred, we are open to other locations for the right person.
